fix project file paths and add DieHammerEngine local package dependency

Corrects group path from Bunch-O--Dice to DieHammer after directory rename, fixes DEVELOPMENT_ASSET_PATHS, adds .gitignore to exclude build artifacts. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
